The owner may change the content and presentation of the site at any time, and may temporarily suspend access for technical or maintenance reasons.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All videos, photographs, texts, trade marks, logos and graphic elements on this site are protected by intellectual and industrial property law and belong to the owner or to third parties who have authorised their use.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated or transformed without express written authorisation. The audiovisual material shown corresponds to work produced for clients, and any use outside this website requires the owner’s permission and, where applicable, the client’s.
People appearing in the images have given the relevant authorisation. If you appear in any piece and would like it removed, write to recworld.info@gmail.com and the request will be handled.
5. Liability
The owner is not liable for damages arising from use of the site, nor for interruptions, viruses or failures beyond its control, provided it has acted with due diligence.
The site may contain links to third-party sites, such as social media profiles. The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.
6. Governing law
This relationship is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer legislation provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of the owner’s domicile.
