Privacy policy
Draft. The owner’s registration details —company name, tax ID, address and registry data— are still missing, and the law requires them to be published. Until they are, this page is not indexed by search engines.
This policy explains what personal data this website collects, what it is used for and what rights the people who provide it have. It is written in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.

2. What data is collected and why
Only the data voluntarily provided through the contact form is processed: name, email address, company (optional) and the content of the message.
It is used for a single purpose: to answer the enquiry or quote request and to maintain the resulting communication. It is not used to send unsolicited marketing, and no profiling is carried out.
If you get in touch by email, phone or WhatsApp, the data appearing in that communication is processed for the same purpose.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent of the data subject, given when the form is submitted (article 6.1.a GDPR), and on pre-contractual measures taken at their request where the enquiry is a quote request (article 6.1.b).
Providing the data marked as required is necessary in order to reply. Without it the request cannot be handled.
4. How long it is kept
Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, thereafter, for the period during which legal liabilities may arise. If the enquiry does not lead to a commercial relationship, it is deleted once no longer needed.
5. Who else has access
Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Providers that render services to the controller do act as processors, under a contract signed in accordance with article 28 GDPR:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of contact form messages.
Both may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on an adequacy decision.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To do so, write to recworld.info@gmail.com stating which right you wish to exercise. You will receive a reply within one month.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
The controller applies the technical and organisational measures needed to protect data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. The site is served entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
8. Minors
This website is not aimed at children under fourteen and their data is not knowingly collected. If you become aware that a minor has provided data without authorisation, write to recworld.info@gmail.com so that it can be deleted.
